Rob de Castella’s SmartStart for Kids - HELP is a 8 week after school program that builds self confidence and self esteem, whilst developing physical fitness, coordination and enjoyment of life.  Small groups of similar children are lead and encouraged to interact, whilst playing outdoor and indoor active games that educate and develop competencies.  To find out more visit our Kids and Schools section.
